CLEARWATER - The Clearwater High School Varsity Women's Soccer Team earned their second consecutive victory, besting Largo by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday November 10. The tornadoes only goal was scored by Neli Huskic in the first half. Clearwater's Goalkeeper, Katie Ferris, made 3 saves to earn her first shutout of the season.
But the Tornadoes unbeaten streak ended at two games; they lost by a score of 5-1 to Seminole High School on Monday November 15. Clearwater's only goal came on a penalty kick by Jenna Gluski after forward Neli Huskic was fouled in the box during the second half.
The Tornadoes next match will be on Friday November 19 at Clearwater Central Catholic; game time is 6:30PM.
