CLEARWATER - The Community Development Board hearing of proposed changes to Beach By Design has been continued.
The proposed changes recognize the Old Florida District as a transition area between the more intensive Tourist uses to the south, and the North Beach residential neighborhood, establishing new height limits and setbacks.
The rescheduled hearing will be conducted at 1PM on Tuesday January 17, 2006.
