The Open Your Heart for UPARC Fashion Show Volunteer Committee and Georgette Diaz of Georgette's and The Shoe Salon announce the third annual fashion show and luncheon to be held at the Westin Innisbrook Golf Resort on February 23, 2006. Celebrity models and hosts, exquisite fashions, a uniquely choreographed floorshow, select boutique items from Georgettes, and a Chinese Raffle with items ranging in value from $75 to $1500 are among the many attractions of the day.
Committee co-chairs (left to right) Linda Anderson and Melody Figurski are faced with the arduous task of sampling menu selections from the chef at Innisbrook Resort, and for planning a wonderful luncheon to augment the professional fashion show. The show completely sold out last year, leaving a waiting list for last minute cancellations. With a strong volunteer committee of over 30 women, the Open Your Heart for UPARC Fashion Show is sure to be a sold out hit again this year.
The Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Citizens, UPARC, the largest association for retarded citizens in the State of Florida, provides programs such as employment training, life skills training, and residential and day programs designed to improve the self-esteem and quality of life of over 500 people with developmental disabilities each day.
The Open Your Heart for UPARC Fashion Show and Luncheon will be here before you know it. Individual tickets are $60 per person and $80 for Patrons. Sponsorship opportunities are still available.
