Hats off to U.S. Postal Service mail carriers Neil Hunt and Jimmy Walterick, recipients of this year's "Outstanding Mail Carrier" Awards presented by the Pinellas Public Library Cooperative's Talking Book Library. The two were recognized for "their dedicated and outstanding service in the delivery of talking books" ...
