
Music Director Stefan Sanderling conducts Beethoven's Symphony No. 6, Pastorale (MW#13, May 13-15) with guest cellist Mark Kosower performing Boccherini's Cello Concerto No. 6. Sanderling will close the season with Beethoven's Symphony No. 5.
Also included in this final Masterworks program, bay area favorite Stewart Goodyear returns to play Prokofiev's Piano Concerto No. 5, (MW#14, May 25-27).
Principal Pops Conductor Richard Kaufman returns to conduct Eileen Ivers; The Irish Fiddle On Fire Concert (May 5-7), and the hip band Pink Martini takes center stage in the final SuperPops program (May 19-21).
Stefan Sanderling closes the St. Petersburg Coffee Series on Thursday, May 4, with a program titled Coffee With Stefan.
