The Berkeley Plantation Chapter of Colonial Dames XVII Century met March10. Phoebe McCue, treasurer, reported on the State Conference held in Kissimmee. She displayed awards that had been won by the chapter. She also asked members to bring items and supplies in order to send a box to military service men and women in Iraq.
The next meeting of Berkeley Chapter will be held Friday, May 12 at noon, at Stacey's Buffet in Largo. The speaker will be Barbara Murphey, former Director of the Largo Library
