The "Making Every Dollar Count" program is made possible with a grant from the American Express Foundation.
RCW services are funded by the Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County, Pinellas County Community Foundation, American Express, the Schoen Foundation, individual and corporate donors.
The Resource Center for Women helps women in transition develop employment, personal and parenting skills that lead to self-sufficiency. RCW does this through life skills' training, which includes programs in career development, personal guidance, money management, parenting classes and a computer lab.
