Join Publix Apron's Cooking School Chef Bil Mitchell as he demonstrates quick and easy recipes for a picnic in the park, noon - 1 p.m., Thursday, May 11, at the Clearwater Main Library, 100 N. Osceola Ave. The menu includes cold cubans, mascarpone, and pine nut stuffed dates. The first 25 to arrive get a spot at the sample table. Recipes and additional seating will also be available.
