CLEARWATER - The Clearwater Beach Patrol will sponsor a Junior Lifeguard Program for ages 9-16, June 5-9, 12-16, and 19-23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Main Lifeguard Tower on Clearwater Beach. Each session costs $125.
The Lifeguard Program is an annual course designed to educate young swimmers on first aid, ocean and beach safety, and lifesaving techniques. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge to one day become a lifeguard.
