
CLEARWATER - For this upcoming Independence Day, the city of Clearwater delivers a festival featuring three days of free concerts and wrapping up with a fireworks extravaganza.
On Sunday, July 2, gates open at 4 p.m. with performances by emerging Jazz stars Chris Korblein, Sophie Milman and Tampa Bay's own Eric Darius.
Continuing the event on Monday, July 3, will star rockers Jefferson Starship and funk stylings of the Family Stone Experience; also performing is local favorites New Rhythm Method, gates open at 4 p.m.
The Independence Day celebration continues on Tuesday, July 4, with a patriotic concert featuring John and Mary K. Wilson and the Mostly Pops Orchestra. The evening will then conclude with a spectacular fireworks show, gates will open at 2 p.m.
