
The season opens on September 25 with a special concert featuring pianist Van Cliburn performing Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1. The Raymond James Super Pops opens with A Night on the Red Carpet featuring music from Academy Award winning films. The season continues with a concert line-up of masterworks, light classics, symphonic pops and a variety of specials.
During the week of August 14-18, orchestra subscribers can take advantage of Subscriber Appreciation Days, when they can purchase single tickets to other concerts not included on their subscriptions and/or exchange their subscription tickets for other concerts of their choice before tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, August 21. Subscriptions are still available to the Progress Energy Masterworks, Raymond James Super Pops and the Coffee Concert Series.
