CLEARWATER - On Wednesday, August 2, the "Clearwater You Can Do It" Chapter of Nicotine Anonymous will meet at the Morton Plant Mease Lung Center, 430 Pinellas St., Clearwater, at 5 p.m. Carol Proctor, counselor at the Morton Plant Mease Lung Center, is the speaker. Her topic will be: "Using Stress and Relaxation Techniques as an Aid to Smoking Cessation."
