Publix Apron's Cooking School Presents "Last Meal on the Titanic" at Clearwater Main Library

CLEARWATER - Join Publix Apron's Cooking School Chef Bil Mitchell as he recreates recipes from the first-class dining saloon of the R.M.S. Titanic, noon - 1 p.m., Thursday, August 10, at the Clearwater Main Library, 100 N. Osceola Ave. Dress for the occasion in vintage clothing as Chef Mitchell selects from the same menu served on April 14, 1912: Sauteed Chicken Lyonnasse, Chateau Potatoes, and Waldorf Pudding.

The first 25 to arrive get a spot at the sample table. Recipes and additional seating will also be available.
