LARGO - On Wednesday, September 6, Claire Lynn, from the American Cancer Society, will be presenting a free program regarding detection and prevention of breast and colon cancer at Christ Presbyterian Church, located at 3115 Dryer Avenue off Indian Rocks Road in Largo.
The evening will begin with dinner at 5:45 p.m. followed by a one-hour presenting beginning at 6:30 p.m. Ms. Lynn will be presenting this information along with information on the services that the American Cancer Society provides. She will cover such programs as Reach to Recovery, Look Good Feel Better, Cancer Survivors Network, and how one can become involved as a volunteer.
