LARGO - A two-hour class in canine basics for busy people is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Friday at the SPCA of Pinellas County, 9099 130th Ave. N. This class will sharpen your canine communication skills and help with basic handling. The class is free to SPCA adopters, and $15 for others. Dogs must be current on vaccinations.
