CLEARWATER - Opening the new year, the Abilities Guild will hold a picnic luncheon on Clearwater Beach at "Spencerville" on September 15, at 11 a.m. Social and fundraising plans for the upcoming year will be presented by president Bill Hollingsworth. Members and friends are invited to enjoy catching up on summer news, walking the beach and relaxing to the sights and sounds of the beach. Cost of the luncheon is $25.
