CLEARWATER - The Professional Association of Visual Artists (PAVA) will hold their September 13 meeting at the Clearwater Main Library, downtown Clearwater, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Richard Masiar from R-Tis-Tx International will be the guest speaker discussing new product surfaces for painting and drawing.
The association has as its purpose the establishment of the highest professional standards in the visual arts. It strives to create opportunities for the professional and emerging artists, to provide its membership with an avenue for interaction among colleagues, to serve as a collective voice for its members, to broaden the public understanding of visual arts and to encourage recognition and support of visual arts in the community.
