CLEARWATER - Join Public Apron's Cooking School Chef Bil Mitchell as he prepares Thai cuisine, Thursday, Sept. 14, noon-1 p.m. at the Clearwater Main Library, 100 N. Osceola Ave. On the menu: Hot and Sour Shrimp Soup (Tom Yum Goong), Thai Fried Noodles, and Sticky Black Rice Pudding with Mango.
The first 25 to arrive get a spot at the sample table. Recipes and additional seating will be available.
