
St. Petersburg, FL - The Florida Holocaust Museum is currently inviting schools to participate in Pieces for Peace, an educational art project. The project is open to grades K-12. Teachers who wish to participate will receive 28 giant puzzle pieces that, when assembled, will form a 4'x 6' panel. Teachers give each child in the class one puzzle piece. Children are asked to draw on the puzzle pieces, depicting what peace means to them.
Only 11 panels are available. The panels will be part of the Pieces for Peace exhibition which will be displayed in the Museum during the holiday season from November 1st - December 31st. All participating teachers and their students will receive free passes to the Museum.
