Book Talk With Author Marshall Frank

LARGO - Florida author Marshall Frank will be appearing as a guest speaker at the Largo Public Library on Tuesday, October 3, at 6:30 p.m., in Room B of the Jenkins Community Wing. Frank will talk about a myriad of topics, including his exciting career as a homicide detective in Miami, his years in charge of CSI, and the craft of writing and getting published, converting true life stories into fiction. He will also be speaking about the pending release of Brutally Frank: Militant Islam In America, a non-fiction expose about the incursion of Wahhabism in the U.S.

Frank is a retired captain from the Miami-Dade Police Department where he served 30 years in law enforcement. Since retiring, he has authored over 300 articles and short stories, several of which have been published in his non-fiction book titled, Frankly Speaking. He is the author of five published mystery and suspense novels, one of which is scheduled to be made into a motion picture. His latest novel, The Latent, and others will be available for signing.

Largo Public Library is located at 120 Central Drive in Largo.
