DUNEDIN - Dunedin Coast Guard Flotilla 11-10 will begin its next safe boating and seamanship program on October 23. The program meets for nine sessions, 7:30 - 9:30, Mondays and Wednesday, until November 20. The program, which is held on the second floor of the Dunedin Marina Harbormaster building (51 Main Street), covers everything from knot tying to navigation. The $40 cost covers all materials.
