LARGO - The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Tampa Bay, 9099 130th Ave. N. in Largo, is inundated with more than 193 cats, young and old, looking for loving homes.
The shelter is offering cats and kittens at the reduced price of $15. Price includes spaying or neutering, vaccinations, micro-chip and 30 days of pet health insurance.
