Attendees at the October 6th meeting of the Greater Belleair Young Women’s Society enjoyed a delicious, fun-filled meeting and luncheon at the Clearwater Yacht Club on Clearwater Beach. A spectacular crepe preparation demonstration was presented by Chef Bill. November’s general meeting will be an evening Fashion Show and dinner at the Belleair Country Club. Society members will model holiday attire featured by Nicole’s Boutique and 432 West Side; both shops are located in Belleair Bluffs.
Established in 1979, the 120 member social organization holds monthly general meetings September through May. Smaller group activities such as Lunch Bunch, Scrabble, Book Club, Beginner’s Bridge, Girls’ Night Out, Children’s Activities, and Culinary Critics meet at various times throughout the month and society year. Membership is open to women residing in the geographical areas of BELLEAIR, BELLEAIR BLUFFS, BELLEAIR BEACH, BELLEAIR SHORE, HARBOR OAKS, HARBOR BLUFFS, HARBOR HILLS, THE BLUFFS, CARLTON ESTATES, RANDOLPH FARMS, SAND KEY, ISLAND ESTATES, KENSINGTON OAKS, or may be sponsored by a current club member.
