CLEARWATER - Fireside Concert Series presents Cliff Patterson, "Manatee Man," Sunday, October 14, from 7 to 9 p.m., at Moccasin Lake Nature Park, 2750 Park Trail Lane in Clearwater.
Singer/songwriter, Cliff Patterson, will be showcasing his original songs at a special campfire program under the oaks at Moccasin Lake Nature Park. Known to many as "Manatee Man" for his award winning environmental songs, he has appeal to both young and old. Producer/host of local cable show, "Green Planet," his songs have been used as opening themes for several local shows. With 12-string guitar and harmonica, favorites by The Beatles, Peter, Paul, & Mary, Neil Young, and Cat Sevens will also be performed.
During intermission, enjoy beverages and toast marshmallows around the campfire, and for those with camping cookout skills, turn your toasted marshmallows into delicious s'mores. All the fixings will be provided. All this, PLUS one free general admission voucher per person for each paid admission to the concert!
The concert is held indoors during inclement weather. Admission is: 13 years and up - $5, 3 to 12 years - $3, and 2 years and under - $1.
