The Clearwater Beach Recreation Center is offering Zumba classes. Zumba is a high-energy cardio-dance class that is designed to be fun and easy on the body. You don't have to know how to dance before you go to a Zumba class. Work out to a combination of Latin rhythms, including meringue, salsa, calypso, samba and tango. Zumba is fun, easy and effective. All ages and all fitness levels are welcome.
Classes are held at the Rec Center, 69 Bay Esplanade, Clearwater Beach.
Zumba - Thursday from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m., beginning October 12
Zumba for Seniors - Friday from 10 - 11 a.m., beginning October 13
