LARGO - On November 12, at 10 a.m., the annual Kirkin' O' Th' Tartans Service will be held at Highland Presbyterian Church. The church is located at 1885 South Highland Avenue in Largo. The St. Andrews Pipe and Drum Band will participate and all are encouraged to wear their tartan.
Fine Scottish fare will be served by the congregation, following the service and a concert by the band.
