CLEARWATER - The Homeless Emergency Project will host Biscuits & Tea at 11 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 18, at 1120 N. Betty Lane, to benefit Pet Pal Rescue.
The event will feature afternoon tea and a chic, furry runway fashion show for those discriminating furry friends. Proper tea and biscuits will be served and goodie bags will be provided. Pet Pal Rescue is a no-kill nonprofit organization.
