LARGO - Pamela Seefeld, R.Ph. will discuss common herbal medications and their usage on Thursday evening, November 30, at 7 p.m. in Room B of the John & Rosalie Jenkins Community Wing of the Largo Public Library. Join Seefeld for an informative lecture on the use of herbal medications to treat high blood pressure, anxiety, cholesterol, and weight loss, and how to evaluate the safety and quality of supplements. Seefeld is a pharmacist and expert herbalist. She has appeared on many TV and radio shows and frequently lectures in the United States and abroad.
