Members of the Clearwater High School Jr. ROTC program directed by Col. Davis and Gunnery Sgt. Miller are lined up in preparation for their appearance in the City of Clearwater Holiday Parade on December 8. The night event also featured illuminated floats, marching bands, costumed krewes, clown troupes, collector cars and novelty groups.
