
The first session of the Clearwater Bar Association's annual People's Law School will feature a panel of local judges discussing "The Judicial System from the Judge's Perspective" from 7 to 9 p.m., Jan. 11, in the teaching auditorium at St. Petersburg College's Clearwater campus, 2465 Drew St. All sessions are free.
The People's Law School will meet Thursdays through April. The schedule includes:

Apr. 5, 7-9 p.m. - Construction contracts and mechanic's liens
Apr. 12, 7-7:55 p.m. - Mediation and arbitration; then from 8:06 to 9 p.m., Small claims court.
