For 'an evening of mischief and enchantment' come to the 6th Annual Hospice Ball, "Midsummer Night's Dream" taking place on February 24, at the new Hilton St. Petersburg of Carillon Park, 950 Lake Carillon Drive, St. Petersburg.
The evening begins with cocktails, jazz music by the 'Good Vibrations Band,' auction viewing and bidding at 6:30 p.m. Auction items include such wonders as a Sunset Dinner Cruise in the Gulf of Mexico on the Wanda'Rer, a 40 foot sailing vessel; a Midsummer Night's Feast; a gourmet dinner for eight prepared by Betty Land and company; a condo on Sand Key; weekend stays at various spots; and hundreds more items including art works, jewelry, sports goods and memorabilia, trips, dinners, tickets, etc. At 8 p.m. Puck will lead guests to the magic forest for a gourmet dinner, dancing, and encounters with enchanted woodland creatures.

All proceeds from the Hospice Ball benefit the patients and families served by The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, serving more than 2,300 patients and families each day. The Hospice offers a wide variety of programs and services to Pinellas County residents.
