CLEARWATER - The Clearwater City Council will conduct a second hearing on a proposed amendment to Beach By Design during their meeting on Thursday, February 15th.
During their January 31st meeting, the Council approved the amendment at its first reading over the objections of north Clearwater Beach residents who argued against language that suggests the vacation of East Shore Drive.
The meeting will start at 6 p.m. in Council chambers, City Hall, 112 South Osceola Avenue.
