The U.S. House of Representatives is scheduled to vote this week on dangerous, anti-business legislation designed to change the way union representation is determined in America's workplaces.
H.R. 800, which is deceptively titled The Employee Fair Choice Act, would replace the long-established current process for secret ballot elections, which protects both employees and their employers, with a "card check" process that is rife with potential for unfairness and many other problems for both parties.
