LARGO - Join Margaret Ross Tolbert, accomplished and world renowned artist, as she shares how she translates her experiences as an observer of Florida's natural springs into her brilliantly colored landscapes in her presentation 20 Years of Spring Paintings, at 7 p.m., Thursday, March 22, at the Largo Public Library. The program is free and open to the public.
Margaret Ross Tolbert has earned her Master of Fine Arts and Bachelor of Fine Arts with honors in painting from the University of Florida.
