The foam hand held by Bohall with #1 imprinted on it represents the Auxiliary's outcome in a recent membership challenge with the Legion. The Auxiliary achieved 100 percent membership first, so its members received a free breakfast prepared by the Legionnaires that day. In turn, as a "tip", the Auxiliary made a donation to the Post's building fund.
