Tampa - Leading Edge Aviation Services is hosting CAIR FAIR 2007, on Saturday, March 24, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at Vandenberg Airport, 6582 Eureka Springs Road, Tampa. It is a day of fun and activities to benefit CAIR Flight, Inc.
CAIR Flight is a local community service offering transportation to those in need of special treatment not available locally. The CAIR Flight volunteer pilots use their own aircraft and cover all the expenses to fly the patients. There is never a cost for services.
CAIR FAIR 2007 activities include: Ye Mystic Air Krewe formation flying demonstration, SOCOM Parachute Team jump, Sheriff's K-9 demonstration, as well as various airplanes, including the Sheriff Department's Helicopter, on display. Kids will enjoy Noodles the Clown creating balloon animals and magic, plus TRAC Aero Modelers' display and interactive model flight simulator. Take advantage of Florida Blood Services' Blood Mobile and Doctor's Walk-in Clinic - offering free blood pressure checks. Through generous community support Silent Auction items will be available for purchase.
Entry donation includes lunch from Noon to 2 p.m. An amazing assortment of delicious food will be served; tickets will be available for a $10 donation for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.
