LARGO - For all you youngsters out there, here is your chance to show the community that you are the "Heart of Largo."
Show off your artistic abilities in the Coloring Contest for age groups 4 and under, 5 to 7, and 8 to 10.
The Essay Contest is for middle schoolers, grades 6 to 8. Share with the community "Why You LOVE Largo?" All essays must be a minimum of 100 words, typed. Include a cover page with name, grade level, address, and telephone number.
Awards will be announced at 3 p.m. from the stage at the Heart of Largo event on Sunday, April 15th in Largo Central Park - 1st Place, $200 U.S. Savings Bond and 2nd Place, a $100 U.S. Savings Bond.
