Eat Italian March 24 for Cancer Scholarships

Members of the GFWC North Pinellas Woman's Club hopes the community will open its hearts and help provide scholarships for young people who have experienced a diagnosis of cancer. If you like Italian food, want to help a young person go to college and appreciate the work of the American Cancer Society, then you'll want to eat dinner at Heather's Place, 519 2nd Street South in Safety Harbor on Saturday, March 24.

The GFWC North Pinellas Woman's Club is working to raise funds for students who have experienced a diagnosis of cancer. Heather's Place will feature Chicken Tetrazzini or Pasta Primavera with vegetables, Caesar salad, bread sticks, wine, cheese and dessert. Many door prizes will be featured along with live entertainment. For pre-sale reservations, contact Sandy at (727) 580-2157 or Heather at (727) 724-2922. Tickets are $20 prior to March 24 or $25 the night of the event. There will be open seating between 6:30 and 10 p.m. with live music by Barry Simms and over 100 door prizes.
