Marlo Thomas - actress, producer, author, and social activist - will be the guest speaker for the Girl Scouts of Suncoast Council 2007 Women of Distinction Recognition Luncheon. The event will be held at noon, Tuesday, March 27, at A La Carte Event Pavilion in Tampa.
The Women of Distinction Luncheon is held each year to recognize local women who have achieved success in their chosen field, contributed to the community, and served as role models for girls. The program began in 1992.
Tickets for the luncheon are $60 per person. Proceeds benefit the Girl Scouts of Suncoast Council.
