CLEARWATER - Publix Apron's Cooking School Chef Bil Michell prepares Light Spring Herbs and Vegetables (Orzo Primavera, Hearts of Palm Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette, and Sage and White Bean Dip), Thursday, April 12, at the Clearwater Main Library, 100 N. Osceola Ave. Beginning at 11 a.m., 25 tickets to the sample table will be given out. Program starts at noon. Recipes and additional seating will be available.
