LARGO - On April 5, at 7 p.m., at Largo Public Library located at 120 Central Drive in Largo, historian and writer Dr. James M. Denham will present "Who are the Florida Crackers," a program that will explore the historical and cultural characteristics of Florida's elusive, yet ever-present native folk.
