CLEARWATER - Fireside Concert Series presents Earth Harmony, a Celebration of People, Nature and Earth, at Moccasin Lake Nature Park, 2750 Park Trail Lane in Clearwater, on Saturday, April 14 from 7 - 9 p.m.
Listen to, and participate in the "Circle of Friends, a Celebration of People, Nature and Earth" presented by Nana Hendricks for an evening of drumming, song, storytelling and dance around the campfire. Learn the Native American teaching of the Four Directions, experience a "smudging" and join in songs, drumming and dance led by Nana Hendricks and friends. Everyone is invited to bring along a drum or rattle to play along during sections of the performance.
During intermission, enjoy beverages and toast marshmallows around the campfire, and for those with camping cookout skills, turn your toasted marshmallows into delicious s'mores. All the fixings will be provided. All this, PLUS one free general admission voucher per person for each paid admission to the concert!
The concert is held indoors during inclement weather. Admission is: 13 years and up - $5, 3 to 12 years - $3, and 2 years and under - $1.
