CLEARWATER - The City of Clearwater is proud to announce that Coachman Ridge Homeowners Association and four homeowners were recently selected for the neighborhood and homes of the quarter recognition program. The Neighborhood and Home Recognition Program celebrates the uniqueness of Clearwater's many neighborhoods and its residents.
