CLEARWATER BEACH - The YMCA of the Suncoast, Clearwater Branch, will host a catch-and-release tournament at the Carlouel Yacht Club, 1091 Eldorado Avenue, Friday, April 28, beginning at 6 a.m. Admission is $100 per angler/junior angler $50. Register by April 24.
This tournament is open to all anglers conforming to Florida Divisions, include Amateur Adult Male, Amateur Adult Female, Jr. Fisherman and Professional Guide.
Targeted fish are snook, redfish and trout. First, second and third place prizes will be awarded in each of the four divisions for each targeted fish.
Registration includes the Benefit Auction and Captain's Party/Dinner at Carlouel Thursday, April 19, and lunch Friday, April 20, at Carlouel.
All proceeds benefit the Clearwater Branch YMCA Annual Giving Campaign which provides YMCA memberships and programs to seniors, teens, and families in the community.
