CLEARWATER - Project GRACE will host Improving Communication about Care at Life's End: Meaningful Dialogue for a Compassionate Community, Thursday, May 3, at The Gathering Place at The Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, 5771 Roosevelt Blvd., Clearwater. VIP reception and conversation: $50; conversation only: $25.

This presentation will be the first in an ongoing series of community discussion forums about end-of-life decision-making. The forums are designed to be educational and interactive, featuring distinguished guest speakers addressing a range of topics of interest to professionals and community members alike.
