Dennis Scbahar of Clearwater displays his and wife Sandra's "Garden Gizmos" at the Beauty and the Beach Festival at Kolb Park in Indian Rocks Beach on April 7. The large selection of handformed plastic yard art featuring egrets, herons, flamingos and other birds was sure to capture the attention of those passing by. Some 90 artists and crafters displayed their work at the event, which also included a 5K run and 1-mile fun run/walk on the beach, beauty contest, children's chalk walk and crafts tent, live entertainment and more.
