The Babe's Poker Night at the Belleview Biltmore

CLEARWATER - The historical Belleview Biltmore Resort located in Clearwater is pairing up with TreasureChestPoker.com to offer its guests and local Clearwater residents a chance to play free poker in the hotel's newly rejuvenated St. Andrew's Pub.

Beginning May 3rd and continuing every Thursday, Treasure Chest Poker will host two poker tournaments a night starting at 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. The tournaments are free to play and players at the Pub will have a chance to qualify for the Florida Poker Championship. Players will also be collecting points while playing. Points accumulate to win great prizes like a monthly prize from Treasure Chest Poker that includes a trip for two to Las Vegas.

For years rumors have circulated Clearwater's Belleview Biltmore Resort that characters like Babe Ruth and Al Capone used to frequent St. Andrew's Pub. Throughout the years the pub has also been known as the Bimini Room and Dutch Room and was a favorite hang out spot for the Biltmore's neighbors. In recent years the Pub has been only open on weekends and special occasions until now. Beginning the first week of May, St. Andrew's Pub will be open Tuesday through Saturday with specials and activities happening every night. The Pub will be open from 3 p.m. until 2 a.m. and will offer a variety of beverages. Food can also be ordered through the Palm Grill.
