LARGO - The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Tampa Bay will host "Down On The Farm", Saturday, May 12, from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., at 9099 130th Ave., North, Largo. Admission is free.
Activities planned throughout the day include balloon animals, games, feeding the on-site farm animals, food, learning to be kind to animals and, of course, adopting a new best friend. Raymond, the Tampa Bay Devil Rays mascot, will be on hand from 12 - 1 p.m.
Animal communicator Laura Lassiter will give a presentation from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. There is a $10 fee for Lassiter's presentation.
