LARGO - The Small Business Center of the Largo Public Library and the Largo/Mid-Pinellas Chamber of Commerce present 10 Steps to Starting a Small Business on Tuesday, May 15, from 6 - 8 p.m., at Largo Public Library. The program helps you to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to start and operate your own small business.
