Nurse Night at the Belleview Biltmore's Rejuvenated St. Andrew's Pub

CLEARWATER - The historic Belleview Biltmore Resort offers a special night at St. Andrew's Pub solely dedicated to those in the medical field. Wednesdays will be known as "Nurses Night" at St. Andrew's Pub.

When asked about the addition of Nurses night F&B Director Dennis Beaton commented "We would like to cater to the enormous work force at Morton Plant Mease Hospital and several nursing homes in our general area." The Pub plans on offering a complimentary glass of house wine to patrons with a valid medical ID. The pub will also be showing medical related television shows like "Grey's Anatomy," "Scrubs," "ER," and "House." "We will have a collection of medical dramas on hand as well as our regular cable programming at the request of our guests," said Beaton.

For years rumors have circulated Clearwater's Belleview Biltmore Resort that characters like Babe Ruth and Al Capone used to frequent the hotels ground level St. Andrew's Pub. St. Andrew's Pub, which has also been known as the Bimini Room and Dutch Room, was a favorite neighborhood Belleair hang out. In recent years the Pub has been mainly only open on weekend's until now.

St. Andrew's Pub will be open Tuesday through Saturday with specials and activities happening every night. The Pub will be open from 3 p.m. until 2 a.m. and will offer a variety of beverages.
